Building Trust Through Innovation in Honduras

In Honduras, the story of healthcare is also a story of innovation and resilience.

In 2024, our two cornerstone clinics—Siguatepeque and Potrerillos—saw extraordinary growth, with patient volume increasing by 43%. Behind that number is something even more meaningful: the growing trust of local communities who now see these clinics as their first stop for quality, affordable care.

But our commitment to reaching families doesn’t stop at clinic doors.
This year, we also expanded our telehealth model, providing thousands of virtual consultations and reaching patients in some of the country’s most remote corners. Whether in person or online, every patient is served by local healthcare professionals, ensuring care is not only accessible but also culturally competent and rooted in the community.

And perhaps the most exciting part?
This growth isn’t just fast—it’s sustainable.
Every clinic is designed to operate independently within 24 months, and many have already reached that milestone. They are thriving, self-sufficient hubs of care—proof that when healthcare is built with local leadership and long-term vision, it endures.

In Honduras, we’re not just building clinics.
We’re building systems of care that last.
