A Growing Network of Care in Honduras

In communities across Honduras, families are often forced to make impossible choices—travel for hours to see a doctor, or simply go without care. For many, the cost, the distance, and the uncertainty mean they delay care until it’s too late.

At OneWorld Health, we believe no one should have to choose between their health and their livelihood.

That’s why we’ve expanded our network of care, bringing healthcare closer to home. We’ve opened permanent clinics, launched mobile medical brigades, and introduced telehealth centers in some of the most underserved areas.

In Potrerillos and Siguatepeque, our clinics are busier than ever, welcoming patients not just from nearby towns, but from distant villages where we’ve become known as a trusted source for affordable, quality care.

We’ve also pioneered a Teleclinic model—pairing nurse-facilitated consultations with on-site pharmacy and lab services. For remote communities, this is more than convenience—it’s a lifeline.

And it’s working.

More patients are receiving timely care. More local providers are stepping into leadership roles. And more families are experiencing the peace of mind that comes from knowing they no longer have to face illness alone.

With your support, we can keep reaching farther, serving more, and ensuring every community has access to the care they deserve.
